This notice covers usemanualzero.com, the public website for ManualZero. It describes what the site does and does not collect.

• — Google Ads measurement is optional and requires your consent.
• — Advertising cookies are not required to use this website or submit an audit.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic to this website: page views, the page that referred you, approximate location (country, region, city), browser, operating system and device type.

It is designed to be anonymous and aggregated. It does not use third-party cookies, and the data points it records are not associated with an individual visitor or with an IP address. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, and that identification is discarded after 24 hours. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.

We have not configured any custom events, and we do not send names, email addresses, form answers or any other personal information to analytics.

If you accept advertising cookies, we load Google's Ads tag to measure whether advertising leads to a completed workflow audit. The conversion event is sent only after our server confirms the workflow audit has been delivered. It is not sent for a page view or a click on an audit link.

Google may process technical information such as browser and device details, page and event information, and advertising or click identifiers where applicable. The standard conversion event we send contains a conversion destination, value and currency. It does not include form answers, names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers or other form fields. Enhanced Conversions are intentionally not implemented in this phase.

We store your choice in this browser's local storage asmanualzero_ad_consent with valuegranted ordenied. It is used only to remember whether to load Google Ads measurement. You can change or revoke your choice using Privacy choices below or in the footer. After revocation, we do not send future conversions. Cookies set during an earlier grant may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy.

The site and its audit submission endpoint are served by a hosting provider. Like most web hosts, that provider may record standard request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and operational purposes. We do not use that data for profiling or advertising.

The free workflow audit uses a form on our own website. It asks for your name, work email, company, optional website, the process you want to improve, where it happens, and what your team does manually today. The form is sent to our server, which uses Resend to email your answers to tommaso@usemanualzero.com. Resend processes the message to deliver it. You can also email us directly.

Upstash Redis holds temporary request counts and submission IDs to limit abuse and prevent duplicate sends. It does not hold your form answers. Advertising consent is separate: rejecting it does not prevent submission of the audit form.

We use what you send to evaluate the workflow, prepare and reply to your audit request, and make any commercial follow-up directly connected with that request. We do not sell this information.

Free Workflow Audit submissions are generally retained for up to 12 months after submission. If a request develops into an active business relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to manage that relationship or meet applicable legal, administrative or contractual obligations. Submissions are delivered to our mailbox, and Resend processes delivery records under its service terms. Upstash's temporary rate-limit record expires after one hour and the successful submission ID after one day. You can ask us to delete your information by writing to tommaso@usemanualzero.com.

To access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, email tommaso@usemanualzero.com. We will respond to reasonable requests.

If we change form provider, add another tool or change what is collected, this notice will be updated to name the provider and describe the processing before that change goes live.
