This notice covers usemanualzero.com, the public website for ManualZero. It describes what the site does and does not collect.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic to this website: page views, the page that referred you, approximate location (country, region, city), browser, operating system and device type.

It is designed to be anonymous and aggregated. It does not use third-party cookies, and the data points it records are not associated with an individual visitor or with an IP address. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, and that identification is discarded after 24 hours. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.

We have not configured any custom events, and we do not send names, email addresses, form answers or any other personal information to analytics.

The site is served as static pages by a hosting provider. Like most web hosts, that provider may record standard request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and operational purposes. We do not use that data for profiling or advertising.

The free workflow audit is collected through a form hosted by Typeform. When you choose to request an audit, the button opens a Typeform-hosted page in a new tab, and the information you submit there is processed through Typeform before it reaches us.

That form may ask for your name, work email, company, company website, the process you would like to improve, the systems or tools that process runs on, and a description of what your team does manually today.

Typeform applies its own privacy and cookie practices on its pages, which we do not control. See Typeform's privacy policy. If you would rather not use the form, email tommaso@usemanualzero.com instead.

We use what you send for the sole purpose of replying to you and preparing your audit. We do not sell this information and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Form responses are stored in our Typeform account, and email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of our conversation. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to tommaso@usemanualzero.com.

To access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, email tommaso@usemanualzero.com. We will respond to reasonable requests.

If we change form provider, add another tool or change what is collected, this notice will be updated to name the provider and describe the processing before that change goes live.
